Most certainly is. We do not store ANY of your payment method details on our servers. In addition, we use high quality SSL Certificate and use only the most secure services on the market.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept most card payment providers, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We ship to multiple countries, selectable at checkout. Shipping charges are adjusted based on the chosen country. Customs and duties may apply.

There is a problem with my delivery, what should I do?

If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to help.

When should I expect to receive my tracking information?

Tracking details will be emailed once your order is ready for dispatch. If you don't receive it, contact Customer Service.

Note: Tracking info may take up to 24 hours after shipping confirmation.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If the product has experienced damages during the shipping process, please contact us upon delivery and we will happily setup a replacement for you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number from the delivery courier.

What is your return policy?

You can return your product within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to set up a return.

Warranty

Why do I need to register my product?

Registering your products activates our lifetime warranty. If a problem crops up, we’ll repair or replace the product for free. If a product stops working, or starts beeping, contact our Customer Care Team via info@amorylondon.com.

What is the warranty on my product?

AMORY LONDON products come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY*.

*Product Registration Required: You can register your product within 30 days of purchase.

We’ll replace or repair your product for free. Please note that if you haven’t registered your product for lifetime warranty, we can’t offer free replacements or repairs.

Where to find my unique code?

The unique code you are looking for is RECEIPT number. With that code and the other information you fill, you can register your product for warranty.

How do I claim on my warranty?

To claim on the warranty simply fill out our online returns form.
